What to Know

Who is this for?

‘Renew’ is for church and ministry leaders who are serving Native communities across the U.S. and Canada. This is not a youth retreat (not a mini-WLS), but for those who are shepherding Native young people closer to Jesus throughout the year. While you may think of some student leaders who might benefit from this weekend, WLS is a better fit for them in most cases.

Where is it?

We are hosting the retreat at the On Eagles’ Wings Leadership Center (OEWLC). It is located in the heart of the beautiful Ozarks in Harrison, Arkansas.

What can I expect while there?

Our goal is pretty simple. We want to provide an environment and experience that will help renew your heart, your vision, your passion. Those involved with Native ministry pour a lot out and often don’t have the opportunity to be refreshed and renewed themselves. We are praying that these days together will be a special time of rest, fun, worship and diving into God’s Word together.

What is the cost?

The registration fee for the retreat is $50/person, or $75 for a married couple. The registration fee will cover meals, lodging for Friday, Saturday and Sunday night, and all conference materials.

Lodging will be either on our campus (limited space) or at a local hotel in town.
For those with children: While we are praying that spouses can attend together, we ask that you find childcare for your children back home. We know that isn’t easy to do in every situation, but we believe this will give everyone the best opportunity to be renewed during our time together.

What about transportation?

Your main cost will be traveling to and from the retreat, whether you opt to drive or fly. If you fly, we will provide airport transportation (at coordinated times) and also have shuttles available to-and-from lodging.

The preferred airport is Springfield, MO (SGF). This is where our airport shuttles will pick up. Fayetteville, AR (XNA) is also an option, if we have advanced notice to arrange for a shuttle. Harrison, AR (HRO) does have a small airport but can be more challenging to find a good flight in and out of it.

How do I attend?

Step one – RSVP and let us know you are coming!

Step two – Fill out the registration form. Once we receive it, we will connect about the best way to pay the registration fee.

Step three – Start counting down to January 15^th!

Renew 2026 Sessions

I Want to See

In this session, Ron invites us to honestly confront the sin that keeps pulling us back and holding us at a distance from God. As we choose real repentance instead of regret, we discover the freedom, healing, and renewed purpose Jesus offers us through the cross.

Fighting for those You Love

In this session, Brad challenges us to recognize where God is calling us to trust Him beyond our comfort and understanding. As we step forward in faith together, we discover that obedience opens the door for God to move in ways only He can.

Renewing Your Relationship

This session invites us to slow down and listen for God’s voice in the middle of uncertainty and change. As we respond with trust and obedience, we learn how God meets us, guides us, and grows us step by step.

Rebooting the Mission

This session reminds us that following God often means facing obstacles that feel bigger than our strength or understanding. As we trust Him with the walls in front of us and within us, we discover that God is the one who brings breakthrough, redemption, and new life.
